Product help

Include:

• the page, browser, or AI client you were using;
• a short description of what you were trying to do;
• the steps that reproduce the issue;
• what you expected and what happened instead; and
• a screenshot or error message if it helps.

Remove wallet balances, credentials, recovery material, and personal information you do not want to share.

Security reports

Use the subject line Security report and include the suspicious URL, sender, behavior, and approximate time. Do not include seed phrases, private keys, passwords, recovery codes, or signed transactions.

Privacy requests

Describe the request clearly and identify the product surface involved. We may request limited information to verify your identity before responding.

What support cannot do

Support cannot:

• ask for or recover a seed phrase or private key;
• take control of a wallet;
• approve a transaction for you;
• reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction; or
• guarantee the availability, profitability, or outcome of a DeFi action.
