Legal
Terms of Use
Effective 16 July 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of please.xyz, including its conversational interface, portfolio views, transaction preparation tools, websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by Hashira Works Pvt Ltd (“Hashira”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to them, do not access or use the Services.
01 Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, selecting an acceptance control, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.
These Terms form an electronic contract. You consent to receive notices and records electronically, including through the Services or at the email address associated with your account.
02 Eligibility
You may use the Services only if:
- you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract;
- your use is permitted by the laws that apply to you;
- you are not subject to sanctions or listed on a restricted-party list maintained by Singapore, the United Nations, or another authority applicable to you or us; and
- you are not accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where the Services or the relevant digital asset activity is prohibited.
We may restrict access by person, region, asset, protocol, or feature when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law, manage risk, or protect the Services.
03 What please.xyz provides
The Services help you view digital asset information, understand portfolio activity, compare possible routes, and prepare instructions for third-party blockchain networks, smart contracts, decentralised applications, exchanges, bridges, and protocols.
Hashira provides an interface and software tools. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Hashira is not your financial adviser, broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, fiduciary, liquidity provider, or counterparty. We do not control public blockchains or independent third-party protocols, and we do not guarantee that any proposed transaction will be available, suitable, profitable, or completed.
04 Accounts and embedded wallets
You may access the Services using email, passkeys, social sign-in, an embedded wallet, or another supported authentication method. Wallet and authentication functionality may be supplied by third-party providers and is also governed by their terms and privacy notices.
The Services are designed so that Hashira does not take possession of your digital assets and cannot independently sign or submit a transaction without your explicit approval. Cryptographic keys or key shares may be generated, secured, or recovered using infrastructure supplied by a third-party wallet provider. Hashira does not guarantee that credentials, keys, or wallets can be recovered.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account, device, passkeys, recovery material, and authentication credentials. Notify us promptly at hello@please.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access. We will never ask you to send us a seed phrase or private key.
05 Transaction approval
Every transaction must be manually approved by you. A plan, suggestion, preview, route, quote, simulation, or review screen is not a transaction and does not authorise Hashira to act. You are responsible for reviewing the asset, amount, recipient, network, contract, permissions, fees, slippage, and other displayed details before approval.
Once you approve and submit a transaction, it may be broadcast to a blockchain or sent to a third-party service. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Hashira generally cannot cancel, modify, recover, or reverse a submitted transaction. Quotes and estimates may expire or change between review and execution, and a transaction may fail or execute differently because of network conditions, price movement, protocol behaviour, or data latency.
06 AI output and no financial advice
The Services may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to interpret prompts, summarise information, compare routes, and generate responses. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or out of date. It may omit risks or misunderstand your intent.
Information provided through the Services is general information only. It is not investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, hold, lend, borrow, or otherwise use any digital asset or protocol. We do not assess whether an action is suitable for your objectives, financial circumstances, or risk tolerance.
You must independently verify material information and exercise your own judgement before approving any action. Seek advice from qualified professionals where appropriate.
07 Digital asset and DeFi risks
Digital assets and decentralised finance involve substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the assets you use. Risks include:
- extreme price volatility, illiquidity, depegging, and loss of market value;
- smart-contract bugs, exploits, malicious code, and governance attacks;
- bridge, validator, sequencer, oracle, relayer, and network failures;
- liquidation, impermanent loss, slippage, failed transactions, and variable fees;
- counterparty, protocol, issuer, and service-provider insolvency or misconduct;
- loss, compromise, or unauthorised use of account or wallet credentials;
- forks, airdrops, token migrations, and changes to protocol rules;
- inaccurate portfolio, pricing, yield, simulation, or transaction data; and
- legal, tax, and regulatory changes that may restrict access or affect value.
Displayed yields are estimates, not guaranteed returns. Historical performance does not predict future results. You accept all risks associated with the transactions you approve.
08 Third-party services
The Services may display, integrate with, or route requests to third-party wallets, identity providers, data providers, blockchains, protocols, decentralised applications, exchanges, bridges, on-ramp providers, and other services. Those services are independent from Hashira and may impose their own terms, fees, eligibility rules, and privacy practices.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, smart contracts, assets, content, availability, security, or conduct. The inclusion or ranking of a third-party route or protocol does not constitute an endorsement. Your dealings with a third party are solely between you and that third party.
09 Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to:
- violate law, sanctions, export controls, or the rights of another person;
- facilitate fraud, theft, money laundering, terrorist financing, or market abuse;
- misrepresent your identity, authority, ownership, or source of funds;
- interfere with, overload, probe, or compromise the Services or another system;
- bypass security, access, rate, geographic, or compliance restrictions;
- introduce malware or obtain another person’s credentials or confidential data;
- use automated access except through an interface or API we expressly permit; or
- copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services except as permitted by law.
We may investigate suspected misuse and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
10 Fees and taxes
Transactions may incur network fees, protocol fees, spreads, slippage, or charges from third parties. Estimates may differ from actual amounts. If Hashira charges a service fee, it will be disclosed before you approve the relevant transaction or purchase.
You are responsible for determining and paying taxes, duties, and reporting obligations arising from your use of the Services or digital assets. Hashira does not provide tax advice or file taxes on your behalf.
11 Intellectual property
Hashira and its licensors own the Services, including their software, design, text, graphics, branding, and other content, excluding third-party materials and open-source software governed by separate licences. Subject to these Terms, Hashira grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Hashira a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services, subject to applicable privacy notices. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.
12 Privacy
Hashira will handle personal data in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and disclose personal data. Public blockchain activity is generally permanent and visible to others. Hashira cannot delete or alter information recorded on a public blockchain.
13 Availability and termination
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services. We do not guarantee that a feature, protocol, network, asset, or route will remain available. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created security or legal risk, or used the Services unlawfully.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Ending access does not reverse transactions already submitted to a blockchain or affect obligations that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms.
14 Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Hashira disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or secure availability.
We do not warrant that output, portfolio data, quotes, simulations, smart-contract information, or third-party content will be accurate, complete, current, secure, or free from errors or harmful components. No communication from Hashira creates a warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
15 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hashira and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, digital assets, or anticipated savings, arising from or related to the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hashira’s aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid directly to Hashira for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) SGD 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
16 Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless Hashira and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful or deliberate misuse of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. We will give you reasonable notice of a covered claim and may control its defence and settlement.
17 Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a claim, you and Hashira agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by sending a written notice describing the claim and requested relief. Notices to Hashira must be sent to hello@please.xyz. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
18 General terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent needed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the Services.
These Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them are the entire agreement between you and Hashira concerning the Services and supersede prior discussions about their subject matter.
