Support can explain the interface and investigate product issues. We do not need control of your wallet to do that.

  • Never share a seed phrase or private key.
  • Never approve a transaction because a support message asks you to.
  • Check that email is addressed to or from hello@please.xyz.
  • Review every asset, amount, network, contract, and permission before approval.

How do I report a product issue?

Email hello@please.xyz with a short description, the page you were using, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots help, but remove private or sensitive information first.

Will support ever ask for my seed phrase?

No. We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, password, passkey, recovery code, or a screen-sharing session that exposes wallet credentials.

Can you reverse a blockchain transaction?

No. Once a transaction is approved and submitted to a public blockchain, it may be irreversible. Hashira generally cannot cancel, recover, or modify it.

Does every transaction require approval?

Yes. A suggestion, plan, quote, or simulation does not authorise a transaction. Every transaction must be manually reviewed and approved by you before submission.

Is the product currently live?

The public product currently demonstrates the intended experience with illustrative information. It does not yet create user accounts, connect wallets, submit transactions, or send prompts to an AI model.

How do I make a privacy request?

Email hello@please.xyz and describe the request clearly. We may ask for limited information to verify your identity before responding.
