Common questions
For anything specific to your situation, email us at hello@please.xyz.
Email hello@please.xyz with a short description, the page you were using, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots help, but remove private or sensitive information first.
No. We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, password, passkey, recovery code, or a screen-sharing session that exposes wallet credentials.
No. Once a transaction is approved and submitted to a public blockchain, it may be irreversible. Hashira generally cannot cancel, recover, or modify it.
The current public Please service cannot create, approve, sign, submit, or broadcast a transaction. A future transaction-capable service may authorise an action only inside an explicit bounded policy or through a separate approval tied to the exact action. Material, unfamiliar, and out-of-policy actions require independent review; a suggestion or simulation is never authority.
The website demonstration and public MCP simulation-preview service are live. The MCP service supports action discovery and one-shot read-only estimates, but it has no user accounts or connected wallets and cannot approve, sign, submit, broadcast, or move funds.
No. OpenAI processes your conversation under its own terms and sends Please the structured tool arguments needed for the action you request. The public Please application does not persist those simulation inputs or results after the request completes.
Email hello@please.xyz and describe the request clearly. We may ask for limited information to verify your identity before responding.
