# Contact support

> Get product help, report a security concern, or make a privacy request.

## Product help

Include:

* the page, browser, or AI client you were using;
* a short description of what you were trying to do;
* the steps that reproduce the issue;
* what you expected and what happened instead; and
* a screenshot or error message if it helps.

Remove wallet balances, credentials, recovery material, and personal information you do not want to share.

## Security reports

Use the subject line **Security report** and include the suspicious URL, sender, behavior, and approximate time. Do not include seed phrases, private keys, passwords, recovery codes, or signed transactions.

## Privacy requests

Describe the request clearly and identify the product surface involved. We may request limited information to verify your identity before responding.

## What support cannot do

Support cannot:

* ask for or recover a seed phrase or private key;
* take control of a wallet;
* approve a transaction for you;
* reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction; or
* guarantee the availability, profitability, or outcome of a DeFi action.
